Yokohama Landmark Tower

With 70 floors above ground and a height of 296 meters, the Yokohama Landmark Tower is the symbolic skyscraper of Yokohama.
It is the second tallest skyscraper in Japan after the 300-meter Abeno Harukas in Osaka.

It consists of a tower tower and a low-rise plaza tower, and includes Landmark Plaza for shopping, Sky Garden (observation floor), a hotel, and a hall.

The Sky Garden observation deck is located on the 69th floor, 273 meters above ground level, and is connected to the tower by a direct elevator running at a maximum speed of approximately 750 meters per minute (45 km/h) from the ground (2nd floor).
The Sky Garden offers a 360-degree view of the entire Kanto Plain, including Yokohama Port, Tokyo Bay, central Tokyo, the Boso Peninsula, Miura Peninsula, Izu Peninsula, Mount Fuji, and the Chichibu Mountains.

The outdoor space, Dockyard Garden, is a restored and preserved version of the oldest existing stone dockyard in Japan (a work facility where water can be drained for inspection and repair of ships), completed in 1896, and the interior of the dock is a restaurant area.
Yokohama Landmark Tower was built on the site of the former shipyard dock.
It is approximately 107 m long, 29 m wide (at the top), and 10 m deep.
It is designated as a National Important Cultural Property.

Landmark Plaza is a shopping mall boasting a grand scale with an atrium that extends to the fifth floor.
It consists of approximately 160 specialty stores centered around two atriums: “Garden Square,” reminiscent of a European square, and “Festival Square,” with its casual bustling atmosphere. There is also a wide range of baby and children’s fashion and character stores.
